2. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim:

Provide Documentation: Include proof of purchase, photographs of the defect, and any other relevant information to assist in evaluating the claim.
Return Authorization: If the claim is deemed valid, we will provide instructions for returning the product. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to our designated service center.
